Shiraz Saperavi 2024

This wine is a blend of 52% Shiraz and 48% Saperavi with all fruit hand picked and sorted.

Colour: Condensed Purple

Palate: A unique blend that has produced a very savoury wine style. Savoury flavours dominate with undertones of violets and cranberries. Ageing in 1 year old oak has imparted oak aromas and tannins to create a long, dry finish. Medium bodied with a tannin structure that will aid in medium term cellaring.
